Refund policy
- Less than 7 days before arrival date: non-refundable deposit.

- It is not possible to resell a reservation (change the name of the person responsible for the reservation).
- It is not transferable to a future reservation.
Example: If you have a reservation for the weekend of June 27, 2025, you must submit a cancellation request by midnight on June 19, 2025 to obtain a refund. After June 20, 2025, it will unfortunately be too late.
Please note that for sites requiring a minimum reservation of 4 days (or 28 days), it is not possible to reduce the duration once the reservation has been made. These sites must be reserved for the specified number of days. You therefore have three options if this does not suit you...

- choose another site that does not require this restriction
- cancel the reservation completely in order to free up the site
